1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our cleaning services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

Steamberg provides professional chemical-free steam cleaning services using German technology, including but not limited to:

  • Window and glass steam cleaning
  • Upholstery and sofa deep cleaning
  • Vehicle interior steam sanitization
  • Pool area cleaning and disinfection
  • Post-construction deep cleaning
  • Move-in/Move-out steam cleaning
  • Custom cleaning solutions by agreement

3. Booking and Scheduling

When booking our services:

  • Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email
  • A confirmation will be sent within 24 hours
  • You must provide accurate information about the property
  • Access to the property must be arranged prior to the scheduled service

4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure:

  • Prices are quoted based on the size and condition of the property
  • Additional charges may apply for extra services or heavily soiled areas
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers

5. Cancellation Policy

Regarding cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 12-24 hours before: 50% charge
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before: Full charge
  • Rescheduling is free if done 24+ hours in advance

6. Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to your property
  • Secure valuables and fragile items before our arrival
  • Inform us of any hazards or special requirements
  • Ensure pets are secured during the cleaning service
  • Provide working utilities (water, electricity) during service

7. Liability and Insurance

Steamberg maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for our services. We take responsibility for any damage caused by our staff during the cleaning process. However, we are not liable for damage to items not properly secured, pre-existing damage, or items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to service.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
